CHAPTER 7 <br />Sections <br />720 Conclusive. If no action is commenced within the time <br />for contest provided by law, the declaration of the result by <br />the board of election is final and conclusive. <br />CHAPTER 8 CHAPTER 8 <br />Sections <br />GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS <br />801 Bonds. A district may issue general obligation bonds <br />for any or all of the purposes for which'it is formed. <br />802 Resolution. Whenever the council deems it necessary for <br />the district to incur a general obligation bonded indebtedness, <br />it shall, by resolution, set forth all of the following: <br />(a) A declaration that the public interest, convenience <br />and necessity require and that it intends that the <br />district shall incur a general obligation bonded <br />indebtedness. <br />(b) The object and purpose of each project for which a <br />proposed debt is to be incurred. <br />(c) The amount of each proposed debt. <br />(d) The time and place for a hearing by the council on <br />the questions: <br />1. Will the whole or only a portion of the district <br />be benefited by each project? <br />2. If only a portion of the district will be bene- <br />fited by any project, what portion will be so <br />benefited? <br />3. Subject to the limitations contained in sections <br />803 and 804, should the tax base for the bonds <br />for each project be land cu,ly, real property or <br />all taxable property? <br />803 Reclamation. The costs of reclamation of lands shall be <br />borne solely by the lands to be reclaimed. <br />804 Id. - Tax Base. The tax base for bonds for reclamation <br />shall be land only. <br />805 Notice of Hearing. Notice of the hearing shall be given <br />by the clerk by publishing, posting and mailing copies of the <br />resolution. <br />25 <br />
