CHAPTER 8 <br />Sections <br />bob Hearin;. - At the time and place fixed in the reso- <br />lutlon of intention for the hearing, or at any time and place <br />to which the hearing is adjourned, the council shall proceed <br />with the hearing. All of the provisions of sections 608, 609 <br />610 and 611 relating to the hearing on the formation of a <br />district shall apply. <br />807 Matters Considered. At the hearing the council shall <br />receive proofs and consider all matters stated in the resolution. <br />Any person interested, including persons owning property within <br />the district, may appear and present any matters material to <br />the questions set forth in the resolution of intention to incur <br />the general obligation bonded indebtedness. <br />808 Determination. At the conclusion of the hearing, the <br />council may, by resolution, determine that the public interest <br />and convenience require the incurring of the general obligation <br />bonded indebtedness, whether the whole or part of the district <br />will be benefited by any project stated in the resolution, <br />and the tax base for the bonds for such project. <br />809 Improvement District. If the council determines that <br />the whole of the district will not be benefited by any project, <br />the resolution shall also describe the portion of the district <br />which will be benefited, in a manner sufficient for identifi- <br />cation, which portion of the district described in the reso- <br />lution shall thereupon constitute and be known as "Improvement <br />District No. ....._. of General Improvement District No. <br />After the formation of an improvement district within a dis- <br />trict pursuant to this chapter, all proceedings for the purpose <br />26 <br />
