CHAPTER 8 <br />Sections <br />till 1. That the whole of the district will be benefited <br />(Contd.) by incurring the bonded indebtedness for such <br />project. <br />2. That a portion of the district will be bene- <br />fited by incurring the bonded indebtedness for <br />such project, which portion shall be described <br />as it is described in the resolution adopted by <br />the council pursuant to section 809. <br />(d) The tax base of the bonds for each project. <br />(e) The measure or measures to be voted on. <br />(f) The total estimated cost of each project and the <br />principal amount of - bonds proposed to be issued <br />for each project. <br />(g) The number of years not to exceed which the bonds <br />to be issued for each project shall run. <br />(h) The rate or maximum rate of interest to be paid, <br />which rate shall not exceed six per cent per annum. <br />(i) The date of the election and the hours during which <br />the polls will be open. <br />(j) The election precincts, and the polling places which <br />may be within or without the district. <br />(k) The manner of giving notice of election, as required <br />by chapter 7. <br />(1) Provisions for the conduct and holding of said election. <br />812 Votes Required. When the vote is by registered voters <br />and two - thirds of the vote cast for any measure are in favor <br />thereof such measure shall be approved, or when the vote is <br />by landowners and a majority of the votes cast for any measure <br />is in favor thereof such measure shall be approved and bonds <br />of the district or improvement district may be issued and sold <br />as herein provided. <br />813 Authorization of Bonds by Resolution and Hearing. If <br />the council receives a written request from owners pursuant to <br />section 810(a) and finds that the request is signed by the <br />requisite number of owners or if the council determines to <br />proceed pursuant to section 810(b), the council may adopt a <br />resolution containing in substance the following: <br />
