i <br />CHAPTER 8 <br />Sections <br />d14 01i) Such bonds are authorized in violation of the pro - <br />(Contd.) visions of the Constitution of the State of Cali- <br />fornia or the Charter of the City of Redwood City <br />or the Redwood City General Improvement District <br />Ordinance; <br />and if an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity <br />is commenced within the time and in the manner provided in <br />Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 860) of Title 10, 2 of <br />the Code of Civil Procedure. Such action, suit or proceeding, <br />if brought by any person other than the city, may be brought <br />only if the plaintiff presented a written objection at the <br />hearing provided for in section 806. <br />815 Conclusive Evidence. Any resolution or ordinance pro- <br />viding for the issuance of any bonds adopted after compliance <br />with sections 811 and O U12 or sections 813 and 814, shall by its <br />adoption, be conclusive evidence of the regularity of the pro- <br />ceedings authorizing the issuance of such bonds. <br />816 Improvements. Improvements shall be acquired or con- <br />structed in the manner provided for city improvements. <br />CHAPTER 9 <br />REVENUE BONDS <br />901 General. A revenue bond indebtedness may be created by <br />the council for the acquisition, construction, improving and <br />financing of any project for any district or improvement <br />district. <br />902 Procedure. Proceedings for the authorization, issuance, <br />sale, security, and payment of revenue bonds shall be had, the <br />council shall have the powers and duties, and the bondholders <br />shall have the rights and remedies, all in substantial accordance <br />with and with like legal effect as provided in the Revenue Bond <br />31 <br />
