CHAPTER 9 <br />Sections <br />9U2 Law of 1941, Chapter 6 (commencing at Section 54300) of Part 1 <br />of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code, excepting as <br />provided in sections 903, 904 and 905 hereof. <br />903 Area of Vote. The persons entitled to vote shall be <br />voters (as the term voter is defined herein) of the district <br />or improvement district for which the revenue bonds are to <br />be issued. <br />904 Vote Required. If a majority of the votes cast are in <br />favor of incurring a revenue bonded indebtedness for any measure <br />as proposed, such measure shall be approved and revenue bonds <br />of the district for the amount of all measures approved may be <br />issued and sold. <br />905 Election Procedure. Unless the procedure provided by <br />section 906 is followed, the election shall be called and noticed <br />as provided in the Revenue Bond Law of 1941, and shall be held in <br />the manner provided in chapter 7 hereof. <br />906 R of Owners to Modify or Terminate Proceedings. If <br />before the resolution calling a revenue bond election to authorize <br />revenue bonds for any project is adopted pursuant to section 902 <br />the owners (or their personal representatives) of .at least 51% of <br />the assessed value of all taxable property (as shown on the assess- <br />ment roll) in the district or improvement district for which the <br />project is proposed shall sign and file with the council a written <br />petition which may specify either (a) that the revenue bonds for <br />such project be authorized by the procedure provided by this <br />clause (a), in which event no revenue bond election to authorize <br />revenue bonds for such project shall be held in the district or <br />improvement district and the council may, if it determines to <br />proceed, authorize revenue bonds pursuant to said Revenue Bond <br />Law of 1941 without complying with the provisions of said Law <br />relating to revenue bond elections and without complying with <br />sections 903, 904 and 905 hereof; or (b) that all proceedings <br />32 <br />
