At the north end of the park the conduit system is routed <br />through the area where the skate park is to be located. It will be necessary to excavate <br />a section of approximately 100' from a depth of 5' to an approximate depth of 11' at the <br />northern most section. VCI will utilize the existing conduit system and override the <br />conduit to place the new 12 Fiber single mode cable. <br /> <br />Work can commence Monday next week, fiber cable to arrive in two weeks. <br /> <br />Clarifications: <br /> <br />Includes: 1) Prevailing wage scale as required. <br /> 2) Excavate and backfill approximately 100' of trench ranging from 3' to 11' deep. <br /> 3) Intercept conduit system in two locations and installing pull boxes. <br /> 4) Existing system to remain in use during the excavation and cable placing work. <br /> 5) Furnish and install a 12 Fiber single Mode cable approximately 3,000' feet to <br /> connect the two buildings. <br /> 6) Install 12 SC type fiber terminations on this cable. <br /> <br />C:\Documents and Settlngs\cbeth\Local Settings\Temporary Intemet Files\OLK3\S02-215.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
