NOISE <br /> <br /> 1. Significant Effects. Construction in the <br /> Amendment Area would result in increased short term <br /> noise levels of up to 90 dba within 1600 feet of <br /> receptors. <br /> <br /> 2. Findings. Undesirable noise levels during the <br /> construction phase of the Redevelopment of the <br /> Amendment Area shall be mitigated by limiting <br /> <br /> construction activities to daylight hours. <br /> Construction equipment shall be muffled or <br /> controlled. Potential private sector development <br /> shall be adequately insulated to avoid adverse noise <br /> impact. Any potential residential use must comply <br /> with Title 24, Noise Installation Requirements. <br /> 3. Rationale and Facts Supporting Findings. <br /> Residential neighborhoods are located throughout the <br /> Amendment Area and are near the locations where <br /> infrastructure improvements are anticipated and <br /> potential private development may occur. <br /> 4. Mitigation Monitoring Responsibility. <br /> <br /> Mitigation Monitoring shall be the responsibility of <br /> the Housing and Redevelopment Director and the City <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
