Any potential residential use must comply <br /> with Title 24, Noise Installation Requirements. <br /> 3. Rationale and Facts Supporting Findings. <br /> Residential neighborhoods are located throughout the <br /> Amendment Area and are near the locations where <br /> infrastructure improvements are anticipated and <br /> potential private development may occur. <br /> 4. Mitigation Monitoring Responsibility. <br /> <br /> Mitigation Monitoring shall be the responsibility of <br /> the Housing and Redevelopment Director and the City <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> <br /> <br />
