Engineer Jain stated that there is no sewer to serve these
lots now, and one will have to be built to serve them. He stated that septic tanks
are illegal in the City and building a sewer line for one lot would be more than the
one property owner could afford.
Councilman Britschgi moved that this matter be turned over to City Engineer, City
II Attorney and City Manager as a committee to meet with Mr. DePatta and the owner of
the property to see if they can get together on the sewer lateral, and report back
next week, seconded by Councilman Stout.
