Councilman Royer advised the Council that this would probably not happen too often and Councilman Britschgi was of the opinion that the game should be played the full nine innings. The Council was in- formed that the loud speakers are the main disturbance in the neighborhood, and since the speakers are not used by the A Division, the only noise present was that of the players. Motion carried. TRAFFIC FACT FINDING COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS: RECOMMENDATION REGARDING ADDITIONAL PARKING CONTROL ON CENTER STREET BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL AND LINDEN STREET. The committee recommended no change in this area. Councilman Spillers moved that the recommendation be approved, seconded by Councilman Britschgi. Councilman Granger stated he would vote yes providing the matter be brought up for further consideration should conditions change. Motion carried. ESTABLISH RID ZONE CHESTNUT STREET ADJACENT TO DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE COUNTY CORPORATION YARD. The committee recommended red zone on south side of Chestnut Street between the two driveways and in the south side of Chestnut Street from the west side of the westerly driveway for a distance of 40 feet. ZIMMERMAN PROTESTING SUBDIVISION BEDROS LOT, 645 UPLAND ROAD - Letter from Mr. & Mrs. Zimmerman in which they protest the subdivision, basing their protest on the traffic hazard which will develop, was read.
