The Council was in- <br /> formed that the loud speakers are the main disturbance in the neighborhood, and since <br /> the speakers are not used by the A Division, the only noise present was that of the <br /> players. Motion carried. <br /> TRAFFIC FACT FINDING COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> RECOMMENDATION REGARDING ADDITIONAL PARKING CONTROL ON CENTER STREET BETWEEN EL CAMINO REAL <br /> AND LINDEN STREET. The committee recommended no change in this area. Councilman <br /> Spillers moved that the recommendation be approved, seconded by Councilman Britschgi. <br /> Councilman Granger stated he would vote yes providing the matter be brought up for <br /> further consideration should conditions change.
