Kreiss, Peter Manson from the County Health Department and Al Onieto <br /> of the Chamber of Commerce. <br /> THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING of January 3rd and the adjourned meeting of January 10th <br /> were approved subject to the correction on Page 3 of January 10th minutes changing the <br /> vote on Canyon Road to indicate that Mayor Herkner voted NO on motion of Councilman Spill- <br /> ers, seconded by Councilman Jones and carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING, ANNEXATION "MOORE TERRITORY", OAK KNOLL MANOR. Affidavits of publication of <br /> notice in the Redwood City Tribune and San Mateo Times were ordered filed. Mayor Herkner <br /> announced public hearing and there being no objections, written or oral, Councilman Jones <br /> moved close of hearing, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. Councilman Jones <br /> moved introduction of ordinance, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. <br /> II PUBLIC HEARING, PLANNING COMMISSION DENIAL CARL ROSENE APPLICATION TO REZONE LOTS 5 to 8, BLOCK <br /> 49, CENTRAL PARK NO. 2 (Southeast corner Jefferson and Topaz) FROM R -1 TO C -1 -H. Affidavit <br /> of publication was ordered filed. The recommendation of the Planning Commission to deny <br /> indicated that in their opinion there was no public necessity for rezoning the property <br /> and such action might be detrimental to the surrounding territory. The Planning Commis- <br /> sion also submitted a petition signed by property owners for and against the proposed <br /> rezoning.
