Hohl, property owners in the area requesting delay <br /> until they were able to clear the transaction with their mortgage holders, was read <br /> by the Clerk. Mrs. E. M. Black, 968 10th Avenue, appeared to offer objections and <br /> stated that should the Street be cut through, it would be necessary for her to reduce <br /> the height of her fence to avoid a traffic hazard. After discussion as to possibility <br /> of making the entrance a one -way street, Councilman Britschgi moved that hearing be <br /> continued to meeting July 11 to allow the Traffic Committee, Engineering Department <br /> and the Council members to look over the area. Councilman Royer requested -that engin- <br /> eers lay out a plan indicating the square footage of lots as they now exist. This <br /> was added to the original motion which was seconded by Councilman Jones and carried. <br /> Councilman Granger then moved that the matter be referred to the Traffic Committee <br /> for study and report on all corner lots involved.
