M. McQuilkin, 730 Conyon Road, asked about the easement and wanted to know if <br /> the utilities companies would be prohibited from using this easement. City Attorney <br /> Currie replied that the City could not transfer this easement right to the PG &E or the <br /> Telephone Company. These two companies, if they wanted easement rights, would have to <br /> Y g , <br /> make their own condemnation s uits and it would very probably be on the same property <br /> that the City would use for water and sewer lines.
