Owner deeding seven feet along front for widening of Nueva. <br /> Deed to the seven feet was attached to the communication. Councilman Spillers moved appro- <br /> val of the recommendation, seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. Councilman Spillers <br /> moved that City Clerk Dodge be authorized to accept deed mentioned above. Motion seconded <br /> by Councilman Stout and carried. <br /> MAYOR HERKNER ANNOUNCED A STUDY MEETING IN THE CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE MONDAY, JANUARY 31st. <br /> Councilman Stout requested that Youth Center Building be discussed at that meeting. <br /> COUNCILMAN SPILLERS MOVED ADJOURNMENT, seconded by Councilman Stout and carried. <br /> ADJOURNMENT 8:45 P. Kreiss, Assistant Building Inspector Charles Gyselbre- <br /> cht, City Auditor- Assessor John J. Police Captain Wm. Faulstich, and Lee Greenwold, <br /> representing the Planning Commission. <br /> COUNCILMAN SPILLERS MOVED THAT THE MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF JANUARY 17, 1955 and the <br /> ADJOURNED MEETING OF JANUARY 24, 1955 BE APPROVED AS MAILED. Motion seconded by Council- <br /> man Stout and carried. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING - PARKING DISTRICT NO. 1. Affidavit of mailing and publication was ordered <br /> filed by Mayor Herkner.
