The <br /> pins are in the hands of the designer. <br /> IT WAS AGREED THAT THE MEMBERS OF THE CITY COUNCIL WILL ATTEND THE MEETINGS OF THE PLANNING <br /> COMMISSION SO THAT THE COUNCIL MAY BE INFORMED OF HEIR ACTIVITIES. Brophy. <br /> RETURNS OF SPECIAL PORT BOND ELECTION WERE CANVASSED AND ABSENTEE BALLOTS COUNTED. On absentee <br /> ballots there were 22 yes and 14 no.
