Councilman Jones moved continuation of denial as it is substandard for R -2 coning, seconded by Councilman Granger. The Cl.erk..read a memorandum from City Engineer Jain wherein he stated that he could not justify this.variance as Mr. Dingman has plenty of room behind the property line to make necessary turn into garages, and many others have been denied this same request. Mr. Dingman wanted permission to widen his - driveway approach to garage from City regulation. of 23 feet. to 28 feet and to.place.concrete in the section between side- and property line..
