<br /> Mayor Herkner referred to the City �•ngineer the matter of the r atio of fill at the Yacht
<br /> Harbor. He was of the ppinion that it could be changed from �. to 1 to 3 to 1.
<br /> Councilman Granger moved that the Matter of qualifications and specifications for an Assis-

<br /> tand City Manager be turned over to the Personnel Board. This does not mean necessar-

<br /> ily that the City will hire an Assistant City Manager. Motion seconded by Councilm,an
<br /> Royer and carried.
<br /> Mayor Herkner requested prompt action orr the proposed si�n ordinance, also that consider�tion
<br /> be given to the nu�nber and type of signs from an esthetic standpoint. He called atten-
<br /> tion tothe recent decision of the Wisconsin State Supreme Court upholding the ri�ht of
<br /> m.unicipalities to exercise control over said type and number of si$ns.
