Councilman Jones moved that authority <br /> be granted, seconded by Councilman Britschgi and carried. <br /> CITY CLERK READ LETTER FROM CITY ATTORNEY GURRIE'S OFFICE ENCLOSING FIVE DEEDS TO THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY COVERING A PORTION OF A RIGHT OF WAY FIFTY FEET IN WIDTH TOGETHER WITH A <br /> CUL -DE -SAC HAVING A RADIUS OF FORTY FEET AT THE END OF PROPOSED GLENNON DRIVE. Mr. Cashin, Jr. appeared before the Coun- <br /> cil stating that approximately two months ago, the Planning Commission approved a 7-i' set- <br /> back along Oakwood Blvd. Now the Planning Commission is requesting a 10' set -back. Mr. <br /> Cashin stated that he has looked into the situation in regard to future development of <br /> Oakwood and the surrounding territory, and he found that there are 3* acres in back of <br /> Oakwood that have possibility of subdivision at a later date.
