City Attorney Currie explained that ordinance will be published after ad- <br /> option. There were no protests and Councilman Spillers moved close of hearing, seconded <br /> by Councilman Stout and carried. Councilman Granger noted the fact that there were no <br /> protests indicated that the people felt the issue should be submitted to vote. Mayor <br /> Herkner stated that the Council was very pleased to note that there were no objections to <br /> the passage of the ordinance calling the election which argued well for the success of the <br /> election. Councilman Royer moved adoption of the ordinance, seconded by Councilman Stout <br /> and carried on roll call. <br /> C ITY MANAGER REPORT REGARDING PAUL ADAMSON REPORT. City Manager submitted a resume indicating <br /> the highlights of Mr. Adamson's report, copy of which had been furnished the Council. <br /> Councilman Stout moved that the matter be set for study, Mr. Adamson to be requested to be <br /> present. Motion seconded by Councilman Royer and carried. Date of study meeting was es- <br /> L <br /> tablished for January 19th. Councilman Spillers stated that in his opinion steps should <br />
