Record community comment.

L

Coordinate workshop logistics with City Staff

2.

Prepare presentation and workshop materials

3.

City Staff Meeting - meeting on workshop agenda and content (same day as presentation)

4.

Set up/deliver presentation, facilitate workshop, travel

5.

Record comments; photograph record; send copy to City

D.

Teleconference discussion w/City Staff - debriefing

E.

Prepare initial "broad-brush" design concept alternatives (up to three)

L

Prepare Courthouse Square concept plan sketches. In response to Community Meeting #1
input, prepare freehand plan views of "broad-brush" concept alternatives. These sketches
will show how the organization and conceptual location of paved areas, pathways,
landscaped areas, trees, and built elements in relation to surrounding buildings and streets.

2.

Prepare Courthouse Sq concept section sketches (longitudinal and lateral views of each
concept) - freehand cross-sections views (north-south and east-west) of the broad-brush
alternatives will show relative widths and heights of buildings, landscape elements (trees,
streetlights, etc.) and spaces.

F.

City Staff Meeting - Initial Design Concept Alternatives - Review the "broad-brush" design
concept alternatives with City Staff; record comments and directions for modification prior to
Community Workshop #2.

L

Prepare materials and presentation for meeting

2.

Attend Meeting, record Staff direction and comments, travel

G.

Modify initial design concept alternatives per City Staff comments - Note: The task effort levels
shown for modifications directed by City Staff are estimates of average levels of change. In actual
practice, some items may not be asked to receive any modifications, while others will be asked to
receive more extensive modifications.
