Refme the plan and section drawings and develop the complementary design of the Marshall Street frontage landscape; display the latter on an illustrative plan drawing of the full Courthouse block site. Refme the three- dimensional "bird's-eye" perspective sketch to assist visualization of the preferred concept. Refme the diagram illustrating how the preferred concept functions for special events. Refme the design for the primary special feature, and prepare designs for related supporting built-in furnishings (walls, etc.). Based on input on the preferred "family" of furnishings, expand the selection of representative manufactured furnishings and prepare reconnnendations for planting and paving materials for workshop review.
