Refme the plan and <br />section drawings and develop the complementary design of the Marshall Street frontage landscape; <br />display the latter on an illustrative plan drawing of the full Courthouse block site. Refme the three- <br />dimensional "bird's-eye" perspective sketch to assist visualization of the preferred concept. Refme <br />the diagram illustrating how the preferred concept functions for special events. Refme the design for <br />the primary special feature, and prepare designs for related supporting built-in furnishings (walls, <br />etc.).
