Nursery Research and Visit to Select Palms and Key Trees: Conduct a search for <br />sources of the palms and key trees. Based on the identification of potential suppliers, <br />visit and select the palms and key trees to assure quality and availability. <br /> <br />9. Coordinate Pre-Construction Tree Purchasing with FTB and the City: <br />Coordinate with FTB, the city and the nursery suppliers the pre-construction purchase, <br />holding and maintenance of the palms and primary trees. <br /> <br />10. AutoCad Coordination Meeting with FTB and Civil Engineer: Meet with FTB <br />and the Civil Engineer to establish AutoCad drafting standards, file sharing and <br />distribution processes. <br /> <br />11. Project Management & Documentation: On-going project management and <br />documentation including telephone work, project administration, email, and team <br />communication. <br /> <br />Phase II: Prepare 60% Complete Construction Documents <br /> <br />1. Receive/Review Final FTB AutoCad Design Plan: Receive and review the Final <br />FTB Design in AutoCad. This drawing will be the basis for the construction document <br />project base plan. <br /> <br />2. Prepare AutoCad CD Base Plan: Based on the Final FTB Design, prepare a base <br />plan for use in the preparation of the construction drawings. This plan will incorporate <br />the key landscape architectural, architectural and civil design features in a simple line <br />drawing suitable for use by the project team. <br /> <br />3. Post AutoCad CD Base Plan to the FTP Site: Post the AutoCad Base Plan to <br />Freedman, Tung and Bottomley's FTP site and notify the project team that the base plan <br />is available. <br /> <br />4. Receive/Review Schematic Design Details from FTB: Receive and review FTB's <br />design details for the landscape architectural features of the project. These design details <br />will be the basis for the construction details. <br /> <br />5. Attend CD Kick-off Working Session w/Team: Attend a construction document <br />kick-off team meeting at FTB prior to the start of CD preparation. Meeting agenda will <br />be prepared by FTB in collaboration with SFE. <br /> <br />6. Prepare Working Session Memorandum/Action List & Distribute: Following the <br />Working Session, prepare a memorandum that summarizes the key meeting decisions and <br />issues, and identifies the key action items for each team member. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />+ <br /> <br />
