Prepare Review Meeting Memorandum/Action List & Distribute: Following the <br />Review Meeting, prepare a memorandum that summarizes the key meeting decisions and <br />issues, and identifies the key action items for each team member. <br /> <br />19. Finalize 60% CD's for City Submittal: Based on the Review Meeting, make final <br />modification to the 60% complete construction document submittal. <br /> <br />20. Post 60% Complete LA Construction Documents to Reprographic FTP Site: <br />Post the 60% complete LA Construction Documents to the repro graphic company FTP <br />site for copying and distribution to FTB, the City and the project team. <br /> <br />21. Prepare 60% Complete Landscape Related Cost Estimate: Prepare a cost <br />estimate for those items related to the 60% complete landscape architectural construction <br />documents and submit to FTB. <br /> <br />22. Attend 60% Value Engineering Meeting: Attend 60% value engineering meeting <br />at FTB to review the 60% cost estimate in relationship to the city's project budget. If <br />necessary, make value engineering decisions to be incorporated into the 95% complete <br />construction documents. <br /> <br />23. Prepare Value Engineering Meeting Memorandum/Action List & Distribute: <br />Following the Value Engineering Meeting, prepare a memorandum that summarizes the <br />key meeting decisions and issues, and identifies the key action items for each team <br />member. <br /> <br />24. Project Management & Documentation: On-going project management and <br />documentation including telephone work, project administration, email, and team <br />communication. <br /> <br />Phase III: Complete Construction Documents <br /> <br />1. Receive AutoCad Design Revisions from FTB based on VE: Based on the value <br />engineering meeting, receive the design revisions from FTB for use in the modifying the <br />construction document base plan. <br /> <br />2. Revise AutoCad CD Base Plan: Based on the FTB design revisions, revise the base <br />plan for use in the preparation of the 95% complete construction drawings. <br /> <br />3. Post AutoCad CD Base Plan to the FTP Site: Post the AutoCad Base Plan to <br />Freedman, Tung and Bottomley's FTP site and notify the project team that the base plan <br />is available. <br /> <br />4. Attend Working Session w/Team: Attend a working session with the project team at <br />FTB prior to the start of 95% CD preparation.
