APPROVAL OF MINUTES: <br />M /S: (Seybert/Radcliffe) to approve the Minutes of June 3, 2003 with one correction on <br />circle page 61, paragraph 2 — "Commissioner Seybert said that in the residential areas, <br />what is easy necessary <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />M /S: (Garcia/Radcliffe) to approve the Minutes of June 17, 2003. <br />Motion passed unanimously. <br />3.
