<br /> 1 <br />g) All manholes and inlets will be staked with two (2) 3 m straddle stakes showing cut/fill to <br /> rim/grate and cut/fill to invert. <br />h) Signals, street lights and sign structures will be staked with 2-3 m straddles showing cut/fill to <br /> top of curb or to finish grade. <br />i) Bridge staking will be performed as follows: <br /> 1) One set of abutment fill stakes in accordance with layout shown on Caltrans Staking <br /> Manual Section 12.5-10. <br /> 2) One set of stakes for rows of piles. <br /> 3) One set of offset staking to layout line for abutment, bent, and wingwalls. <br /> 4) One set of stakes for edge of deck control and finished deck elevations. <br />j) Retaining layout lines will be staked at 7 meter intervals at the offsets requested by the <br /> contractor. <br />k) One set of finished grade stakes will be provided at 12 meter intervals. <br />1) Existing monuments lost during the construction of the project and new monuments set as part <br /> of this project will be shown on a "Comer Record" filed with the County Surveyor at the <br /> completion of construction. <br />m) Project management and administration activities will include coordination with Redwood City <br /> and Resident Engineer, including allowance for participation in limited job-site meetings as <br /> requested. <br />n) Existing topo sections will be surveyed at 15 m intervals along control lines within cut/fill catch <br /> limits at all major embankment and cut areas for establishment of existing ground surface prior <br /> to Contractor beginning embankment construction or cut excavation. Sections will be surveyed <br /> after Contractor has cleared and grubbed the area. Resident Engineer to coordinate work <br /> schedule and provide minimum 2 day notice for requesting this work at each location. An <br /> electronic Digital Terrain Model (DTM) "surface" of the existing ground will be created in <br /> AutoCAD for each area from the topo points. The following areas are included in this scope: <br /> (NOTE: NO STAKES WILL BE SET FOR THIS TASK) <br /> - IP Line, Sta 71+00 to 71+35 and 72+10 to 72+30 <br /> - RILl Line, Sta 75+20 to 76+80 <br /> - RID Line, Sta 74+00 to 76+00 <br /> - R2D Line, Sta 73+40 to 74+80 <br /> - R3D Line, Sta 71+60 to 74+00 <br /> - RM Line, Sta 12+80 to 14+80 and 15+60 to 17+80 (extending out to diagonal ramps <br /> if not otherwise covered) <br />Propo,~al for Construction Staking Sen'ice.lì 2 <br />For RouteWIIRalston interchange Pn!;ect <br />.. - -y ,.... r· . ,.-.. <br />
