7Z -A2 <br />Offices, this year the County Controller and Collector are insisting that the authority to <br />levy special taxes be enacted every year for the upcoming tax year. Hence, these <br />resolutions are before you for the required authorization. <br />The approved budgets, assessments End City Manager's Re,)ort are available for <br />review in the City Engineer's Office. <br />Alternative <br />Do not authorize the tax levies, and not provide the extra services to these property <br />owners. The consequences are that the public health and welfare (sewer pump station, <br />storm pump station, levee, and landscaping) will be threatened. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />The District's finances and fund balances are kept separate from the City's General <br />Funds; therefore, this will have no fiscal impacts to the City, unless this Council <br />decides to use General Funds to subsidize the Districts' operations. <br />S.
