An incidental task has been added to the budget to accommodate the need for review of a second administrative Draft 1S/MND by the City in the event that it is requested • The overall schedule includes adequate time for two rounds of review by the City, provided the City conduct their review in the 4 business days assumed. in the event that only one round of review is required, the schedule would likely be reduced by approximately 8 business days Task 4. Prepare and Circulate the Public Draft /SIMND Upon review and approval of the administrative Draft IS /MND by City staff, we will prepare, produce and distribute the Public Draft Initial Study and the Notice of Intent (NOI) to Adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration. We will work with the City to compile an appropriate distribution list and determine public postings. We will file the NOI with the County Clerk and with the State Clearinghouse if state agency permits and approvals are required.
