The <br /> responsible review authoritv mav reduce the depth reauirements for <br /> nonresidential uses located on a secondarv street. <br /> b. Nonresidential Corner. On corner parcels, the nonresidential space shall <br /> turn (wrap around) the corner for a distance of at least 50 percent of the <br /> buildin� fa�ade, but not less than 30 feet alon� secondarv/side streets. <br /> The termination of use shall occur at an architectural break in the <br /> buildin�. <br /> 9. Screenin�of Mechanical Eauipment and Service Areas. <br /> a. Service Areas. Service areas and related materials, eauipment, supplies. <br /> etc. shall be screened from view from adiacent properties and streets. As <br /> feasible, loadin� docks, service bavs, and mechanical facilities shall be <br /> internal to buildin�s, with bav doors that can be closed when facilities are <br /> not in use. Feasibilitv shall be determined bv the responsible review <br /> authority. If such areas and/or facilities must be located outside of the <br /> buildin�, thev shall be contained within attractivelv desi�ned exterior <br /> enclosures. Exterior enclosures shall reflect the architectural form and <br /> materials of principal buildin�s and enhanced with landscape materials <br /> appropriateforthe location. <br /> b. Mechanical Eauipment. Mechanical eauipment shall be desi�ned into <br /> the building, screened, and baffled as outlined in this sub-section. <br /> Mechanical eauipment mav include, but is not limited to.
