Ord."), were granted to <br /> <br />permit construction of a residence at 3733 Laurel Way, subject to the <br /> <br />condition that the owner enter into an agreement with the City for the <br /> <br />construction of street improvements consisting of one-half of a standard <br /> <br />hillside street width extending across the frontage of that lot, and also for <br /> <br />extensions of water and sewer mains to serve said property. <br /> <br />f. In 1986, variances to provisions of the lon. Ord. The City Council denied <br /> <br />that request. <br /> <br />h.
