The applicant shall install soundproof enclosure to the satisfaction of <br />the City prior to the operation of the subject facility. <br />2. The wireless facility shall be maintained (inside and out) to an optimal <br />working condition at all times. <br />3. Any significant increase in noise levels reported by the neighbors shall <br />be promptly and expeditiously (as determined by the City) repaired <br />and reduced to the originally approved ambient noise levels. In the <br />event that sound levels are determined to be significantly higher (as <br />determined by the City but generally 3-5 db above ambient noise level) <br />than anticipated, the City may revise the conditions of this Use Permit <br />in order to bring the proposed equipment noise to satisfactory level (as <br />determined by the City), <br />4. A sound study shall be conducted at the applicant's expense prior to <br />and during the operation of the subject facility, <br /> <br />2. Aesthetics: <br /> <br />Findings: <br />. The church is highly visible due to its location on a promontory and is <br />surrounded by single"famlly dwelling units. <br />. The proposed antenna facility is shown as being located in an <br />architecturally compatible enclosure located on top of the roof of the <br />church building. <br />. The proposed ground-mounted equipment enclosure is separated from <br />the adjacent residential units by a private side yard driveway on the <br />church grounds (connecting Euclid with Connecticut Avenues). <br />. The Architectural Review Committee reviewed and approved the <br />proposed Improvements and found them to be compatible with the <br />architecture of the church and surrounding neighborhood. <br /> <br />Conditions: <br />4. The applicant shall submit detailed construction drawings showing how the <br />proposed brickwork will match to the satisfaction of the City, the existing brick <br />facing on the church building in color, texture, and pattern, showing a <br />seamless connection with the existing brick facing on the church building. <br />5. The proposed wireless facility shall not be activated until Planning <br />Staff/Architectural Review Committee confirms that the proposed brickwork <br />matches that of the existing church building to the satisfaction of the City. <br />6. No final building permit shall be issued for the roof antenna enclosure until <br />Planning Staff/Architectural Review Committee confirms that the work has <br />been done to the satisfaction of the City. <br />7. The exposed conduit tray to be located between the rooftop antenna and the <br />ground-level equipment shall be concealed as much as possible and painted <br />' to match the adjoining building color of the church. ' <br />
