The applicant shall install soundproof enclosure to the satisfaction of the City prior to the operation of the subject facility. 2. The wireless facility shall be maintained (inside and out) to an optimal working condition at all times. 3. Any significant increase in noise levels reported by the neighbors shall be promptly and expeditiously (as determined by the City) repaired and reduced to the originally approved ambient noise levels. In the event that sound levels are determined to be significantly higher (as determined by the City but generally 3-5 db above ambient noise level) than anticipated, the City may revise the conditions of this Use Permit in order to bring the proposed equipment noise to satisfactory level (as determined by the City), 4. A sound study shall be conducted at the applicant's expense prior to and during the operation of the subject facility, 2. Aesthetics: Findings: . The church is highly visible due to its location on a promontory and is surrounded by single"famlly dwelling units. . The proposed antenna facility is shown as being located in an architecturally compatible enclosure located on top of the roof of the church building. . The proposed ground-mounted equipment enclosure is separated from the adjacent residential units by a private side yard driveway on the church grounds (connecting Euclid with Connecticut Avenues). . The Architectural Review Committee reviewed and approved the proposed Improvements and found them to be compatible with the architecture of the church and surrounding neighborhood. Conditions: 4. The applicant shall submit detailed construction drawings showing how the proposed brickwork will match to the satisfaction of the City, the existing brick facing on the church building in color, texture, and pattern, showing a seamless connection with the existing brick facing on the church building. 5. The proposed wireless facility shall not be activated until Planning Staff/Architectural Review Committee confirms that the proposed brickwork matches that of the existing church building to the satisfaction of the City. 6. No final building permit shall be issued for the roof antenna enclosure until Planning Staff/Architectural Review Committee confirms that the work has been done to the satisfaction of the City. 7. The exposed conduit tray to be located between the rooftop antenna and the ground-level equipment shall be concealed as much as possible and painted ' to match the adjoining building color of the church.
