Any exposed conduit tray shall be concealed within the inside comers of the <br />church building and beneath the eaves as per drawings. <br /> <br />3. Radiation <br /> <br />Findings: <br />. The proposed antennas. are proposed to be located on the uppermost <br />portion of the roof of the church building (approximately 60 feet above <br />parking lot grade, and approximately 60 feet from the nearest dwelling). <br />The distance between antennas and neighboring dwellings is con'sidered <br />relatively ample, compared to other approved sites. The anticipated. <br />frequency radiation is therefore expected to be relatively minimal, (well <br />below the levels allowed under the FCC regulations) as described in the <br />applicant's exhibit "Evaluation of human exposure to radio frequency <br />emissions" by UniStar. The highest levels are 7.3% of the exposure limit <br />allowed under Title 47 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Section 1.130. <br /> <br />. The proposed radiation levels on the application indicate relatively low <br />levels of EMF radiation as described in the UniStar Report dated <br />November 21,2001. ' <br /> <br />Conditions: <br /> <br />The applicant shall submit a description of the location, type, capacity. field <br />strength or power density and calculated geographic service area 'of the <br />proposed antenna or antenna devices. In instances of applications that <br />generate public controversy, the City retains the right to retain experts, at the <br />applicant expense, to review and assess the technical data. <br /> <br />9. No increases in frequency, power, or intensity, including electric and magnetic <br />field strength, power density, and average exposure time that exceed Federal <br />Communications Commission (F.C,C.) regulations for such facilities shall be <br />, allowed. <br />10. No additional communications equipment shall be allowed on the church <br />property. <br />11. In addition to the above conditions, the applicant shall obtain a Building <br />Permit prior to beginning work on the installation. <br />12.The church shall notify In writing all employees and regular "patrons" and <br />( users-(including all existing and all new parents with children) involved in or <br />participating in regular programs located within the 1 sl Congregational Church <br />site, that a wireless communication faciliU,th rel~Dment is croooseq <br />to be located on the church site.
