<br />5.3A,19 <br /> <br />RESOWTION NO. <br /> <br />A RI:90LUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A COST RECOVERY POUCY FOR THE <br />PROCESSING OF PLANNING RELATED APPUCATIONS FOR <br />MAJOR PROJECTS; AMENDING RESOWTIONS 11333 AND 6882; <br />AND REPEAUNG RESOWTION 11334. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on June 9, 1990, the City Council of the City of Redwood City (the <br /> <br />"City Council") adopted Resolution No. 11333 which established a fee schedule for <br /> <br />permit processing and related services provided by the Department of Community <br /> <br />Development and which rescinded all resolutions or provisions in conflict therewith; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, also on June 9, 1990, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br /> <br />11334 which amended Paragraph 4 of Resolution No. 6882, as amended by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 7805 related to the fee schedule for the evaluation of certain projects and the <br /> <br />preparation of environmental documents: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to amend provisions of Resolutions <br /> <br />11333 and 6882 to provide for a cost recovery program for the processing of planning <br /> <br />related applications for major development projects and repeal Resolution No. 11334; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Since 1990 the City of Redwood City has had a written policy on <br /> <br />(The "Childcare Policy"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Childcare Policy provided that the childcare needs of those who <br />reside and work in the City be integrated into the City planning process; and <br /> <br />Atty/Aeso/Aeso.1398 <br />091604 <br /> <br />1 <br />
