<br /> 5.1G <br /> Page 5 <br /> Appendix A <br />Automotive Service Excellence Certifications for Fleet Division Employees <br />The City will grant certification pay to employees in the classifications of Equipment Mechanic II, <br />Lead Equipment Mechanic, and Equipment Operations Leader on the following basis for <br />certifications not required by law or job desaiption. <br />A. ASE Certifications 1 % of base salary for every two <br /> certifications, up to 6 certiflC8tions <br /> maximum of 3% . <br />B.
