ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT — Non-conforming Parking and Abandonment of Use <br /> This item is a continuation from the December 16, 2003 meeting, and the Staff is asking <br /> the Commission to revise language relating to non-conforming parking for Single-Family <br /> Residential (Section 33.16a) and also to revise language related to Abandonment of Use <br /> (Section 33.8 a, b, c). <br /> Staff Consultant Curtis Williams gave a brief Power Point presentation on the two areas <br /> of the "Draft Ordinance" that the Commission requested continuation on at the <br /> December 16, 2003 meeting. <br /> 1. Proposed Revised Amendments to the Zoning Ordinance (Section 33.8) <br /> Mr. Williams said staff proposed adding the word "consecutive" to the Zoning <br /> Ordinance (Section 33.8) — Abandonment of Use, as follows: <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br />
