�. �- �S <br /> b. People interested in serving on the Task Force were asked to <br /> submit an apF�ication to the City Clerk's office by September <br /> 17, 2003. The : ity Council's Recycled Water Subcommittee <br /> met with the Facilitator to review the applications and prepare <br /> a slate of proposed Task Force members to recommend to the <br /> City Council for approval. On September 22, 2003, the City <br /> Council approved the Task Force members. <br /> 2. Actual Membership <br /> The City Council selected the following twenty (20) people to serve <br /> on the Task Force: Pat Becker, Kevin Bondonno, Janet Borgens <br /> (resigned on February 3, 2004), William Conklin, Derby Davidson, <br /> Pamela Estes, Dee Eva, Lee Fernandez, Camille Fischer, J.P. <br /> Garcia, Jeffrey Gee, Greg Greenway, Kenneth McCoy, Mark <br /> McLaren, Ryan Mikolasik, Karen Pace, Carol Shelton, Gail <br /> Stebbins, David Valkenaar, and Chet Yee. <br /> 3. Other Task Force Participants <br /> Dr. Cecil Reeves served as the Task Force Facilitator. Ed Everett, <br /> City Manager of Redwood City, Chu Chang, Supervising Civil <br /> Engineer for Redwood City, Tonia Tabucchi and Javier Sierra, <br /> Assistant Engineers for Redwood City, and Mary Trail, Associate <br /> Engineer with Kennedy/Jenks Consultants also participated in the <br /> Task Force. <br /> C. Task Force Agreement on Final Recommendation <br /> The City Council requested that the final recommendation from the Task <br /> Force come from a consensus of at least two-thirds of the members <br /> unless the Task Force established a higher standard. <br /> D. Meeting Schedule <br /> The City Council scheduled Task Force meetings for the first and third <br /> Wednesday of every month beginning October 1, 2003, through <br /> February 18, 2004. The meetings were scheduled to take place from <br /> 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. <br /> E.
