Special provisions will address matters of <br /> particular concern to City, such as its being named as an additional insured <br /> on insurance policies, a co-obligee on the performance bond, and a third <br /> party beneficiary of the Construction Contract. <br /> 4.1.3 Advertisin� <br /> When SBSA and City have approved the Construction Contract <br /> Documents and within thirty (30) days after a request to do so by City, <br /> SBSA shall solicit bids to construct the Project facilities to be located on <br /> SBSA's property. The method of soliciting bids, including advertising, <br /> shall provide at least as much public notice as that required by the Charter <br /> and ordinances of City. <br /> 4.1.4 Award of Contract <br /> SBSA will award the contract, if an award is made, to the lowest <br /> responsible bidder in accordance with SBSA's construction contract <br /> requirements.
