Cor�,�ction Project Administration <br /> A. General Requirements <br /> i) Developer shall establish and implement appropriate administrative and financiai <br /> controls for the design and construction of the Public Parking Facility. <br /> ii) Developer shall coordinate and administer perfortnance of the architect, the general <br /> contractor, and other Contractors, professionals and Consultants employed by Developer in <br /> connection with the design or construdion of the Public Parking Facility. <br /> iii) Developer shall provide and maintain a management team on the Project site to <br /> provide contract administration and shall establish and implement coordination and communication <br /> procedures. Developer shail be the party to whom requests for infortnation, submittals, Contrador <br /> requests for schedule adjustments, substitutes, change order requests and payment applications <br /> shall be submitted. <br /> iv) Developer shall not commence construction of the Work on the Project Site until <br /> advised by Ciry and Agency in writing that it may do so. <br /> v) Developer shall establish and implement procedures for expediting and processing <br /> requests for information, shop drawings, material and equipment sample submittals, contract <br /> schedule adjustments, change orders, substitutes and payment requests and shall maintain project <br /> records and logs current and in good order. <br /> B. Schedules and Reports <br /> i) Developer shall prepare and distribute to City and Agency a critical path schedule for . <br /> construction of the entire Project before issuing a Notice to Proceed on the Project. The schedule <br /> shall show completion of the Public Parking Facility and the Project in accordance with the <br /> Schedule of Performance. Developer shall provide City and Agency with periodic updates to the <br /> schedule as necessary to show actual progress of the work and any material changes.
