This <br /> proposal includes responding to a maximum of 30 pages of both written and verbal comments, which <br /> is assumed in this scope of work to require 80 hours to complete. If additional time is required to <br /> � respond to the comments, it can be conducted as an extra work task, on a time and materials basis, in <br /> accordance with the attached fee schedule. <br /> � Five copies of an administrative version of the FEIR will be submitted to the City and the applicant <br /> for review. The FEIR will be revised per the comments received. DJPBr,A will reproduce up to 40 <br /> copies of the FEIR document for submittal to the City for public disiribution. A PDF version of the <br /> � Draft EIR will be provided to the City on a CD, for their posting on the City's web site. <br /> F. Preparation of Notices and Mingahon Monitoring Program <br /> � DJP&A can, if requested by the City, prepare administrative draft Notices <br /> of Availability of the EIR. These notices will be submitted in electronic form to the C'ty staff fo �ce <br /> � distriburion and posting. This scope of work does not include DJP&A distribution or circularion of <br /> documents or notices. This scope of work does not include prepazation of Findings or a Statement of <br /> Overriding Conditions for the project. <br /> � DJP&A will prepare a Mitigation Monitoring Program for the ro'ec consist <br /> P J�, ent with the level of <br /> project information detail available. The Mitigation Monitoring Program will summarize the <br /> j mitigation measures identified for all significant impacts, the responsible implementation agency, the <br /> � monitoring phase, and the enforcement or monitoring agency. <br /> G. Meetings <br /> This scope of work includes Principal and/or Project Manager attendance at five meetings with the <br /> City Staff, public, and the project team during preparation of the EIR and up to five public hearings <br /> on the EIR. At the public hearing, we will be prepared to present the findings of the EIR, if requested <br /> to do so by the City Staff: <br /> H. Project Management and Contract Administration <br /> The DJP&A Project Manager will provide general project management, contract administrarion, and <br /> coordination with the City and project team throughout the EIR process for the project. The Project <br /> Manager will be responsible for managing the EIR schedule and budget, as well as relaying all project <br /> informarion and changes to the subconsultant team. A project schedule sheet will be maintained and <br /> updated by the project manager every week during preparation of the Administrarive Draft EIR, The <br /> schedule will include estimated complerion dates for critical DEIR tasks, including subconsultant's <br /> reports and deliverables from the project applicant. Meetings with City staff (and the applicants <br /> project team, as required) will be scheduled at several rimes during preparation of the Administrative <br /> Draft EIR. These meetings, and short conference calls, will be used to foster communicate and <br /> update City staff on the progress of the environmental analysis and any outstanding issues to be <br /> resolve.
