<br />6A- /ð <br /> <br />analysis of parking, staffing, hours of operation, and each potential additional <br />tenant in terms of land use, will be required. <br /> <br />6. For the first year of operation, after the first quarter, the applicant shall host <br />a neighborhood meeting for the purpose of evaluating any unresolved <br />impacts associated with the school use with respect to traffic and parking. <br />The applicant shall provide a summary of the meeting comments to the <br />Zoning Administrator for consideration. <br /> <br />7. For the first three years of operation, after the first quarter, the applicant <br />shall present information to the Zoning Administrator for the evaluation of the <br />use with respect to the conditions of approval. If needed, the applicant and <br />the Zoning Administrator may agree to amend conditions that are contained <br />herein, if better operational standards can be achieved. For example, site <br />circulation, parking assignments, and trash/recycling capacity may require <br />modification for the mutual benefit of the City and the applicant. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Building codes. <br /> <br />9. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Fire codes. <br /> <br />10. The use is limited to 400 students, which shall be approximately distributed at <br />100 students per grade. <br /> <br />11. The school hours are generally between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - <br />Friday. Earlier arrivals and later departures by staff and students are to be <br />expected and are typical for the use. Classes shall have staggered start and <br />end times to spread the peak-hour trip generation to and from the site. The <br />applicant shall submit the final schedule to the Zoning Administrator one <br />month prior to the commencement of classes. <br /> <br />12. In addition to the standard weekday hours, additional hours for occasional <br />weeknight and weekend activities associated with accessory uses of a school <br />(e.g. small student performances and or presentations) are allowed provided <br />that these events can be completely accommodated on-site, including via the <br />existing parking provisions. Larger events may require a separate Use Permit <br />review. <br /> <br />13. Seventy long-term (all day) parking for staff and students shall be provided in <br />the at-grade enclosed parking area inside the building. <br /> <br />14, Short-term parking for visitors (e.g. parents, deliveries, and other needs) <br />shall be provided in the five on-site surface lot stalls adjacent to the building. <br />This lot shall be limited to 30 minute parking and shall be signed <br />appropriately. Five additional parking stalls shall be provided for longer term <br />visitor parking needs inside the building. <br />
