Transportation <br /> The project will construct five sii�gle family residences. Based upon Tr-ip Generatia�, 8'" Edition by <br /> the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), the project would geuerate approximately 4.0 AM <br /> peak hour trips and 5.0 PM peak l�our trips. Because the project wil] result in less than 100 peak <br /> hour trips, no formal traffic impact analysis (T!A) is required. The IS will include an analysis of <br /> traffic based upon vehicle counts whicli will be provided by the City. <br /> Otlaer Polentia!
