"Code 2 Call" means a call assigned Alarm Code 2 (no flashing lights <br /> and sirens on equipment activated while driving to the incident) by the Redwood <br /> City Fire Department. <br /> <br />(d) Code 3 Call. "Code 3 Call" means a call assigned Alarm Code 3 (flashing lights <br /> and sirens on equipment activated while driving to the incident) by the Redwood <br /> City Fire Department. <br /> <br />(e) Consumer Price Index. "Consumer Price Index" means the Consumer Price <br /> Index for all Urban Consumers (all items) for the San Francisco-Oakland <br /> Metropolitan Area published by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of <br /> Labor Statistics. <br /> <br />(f) Effective Date. "Effective Date" means July 1, 1997. <br /> <br />(g) Fire Protection Sub-Zone. "Fire Protection Sub-Zone" means all that territory <br /> (parcels and streets) in the area bounded by Bay Road, Woodside Road (State <br /> Route No. 84) and the Southern Pacific Company Right-of-Way commonly known <br /> at the Dumbarton Branch or Dumbarton Spur, and not within either the corporate <br /> limits of the City of Redwood City or the district boundary of the Menlo Park Fire <br /> Protection District. The Fire Protection Sub-Zone is shown on Exhibit "A", <br /> attached hereto and made a part hereof by reference. <br /> <br />(h) Fiscal Year. "Fiscal Year" means the twelve month period commencing on July I <br /> of any year and ending on June 30 of the following year. <br /> <br />(i) Non-Chargeable Call. "Non-Chargeable Call" means a Code 3 Call or a Code 2 <br /> Call within the Fire Protection Sub-Zone for which Redwood City Fire <br /> Department personnel and equipment were dispatched, or otherwise responded but <br /> did not render any services. Non-Chargeable Calls include, but are not be limited <br /> <br /> 2 10/21/97 <br /> <br /> <br />
