appropriate, for 52 calls (2-Code 2 Chargeable Calls, plus 45-Code 3 Chargeable <br /> Calls, plus 5-Code 3 Non-Chargeable Calls) and would not pay the City for 6 calls <br /> (1-Code 2 Non-Chargeable Call, plus 5-Code 3 Non-Chargeable Calls). This <br /> example is shown in a table as Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof <br /> by reference. <br /> <br /> (b) On July 1, 1998, and on each July 1 thereafter, during the Term of this Agreement, <br /> the Base Fee shall be adjusted by 75% of the net percentage change in the <br /> Consumer Price Index from the previous July. Should the Consumer Price Index <br /> be discontinued, the successor index shall replace it. The successor index shall be <br /> that index which is most closely equivalent to the discontinued index as <br /> recommended by the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor <br /> Statistics. The resulting adjusted Base Fee shall be paid by the County in Fiscal <br /> Year 1998/99 (or the corresponding fiscal year thereafter) as provided for herein. <br /> <br /> (c) The County shall pay the City quarterly the amount due, as provided for herein, at <br /> the end of each quarter of each Fiscal Year during the Term of this Agreement. <br /> The County shall make payment to the City within thirty (30) days of receipt of the <br /> City's invoice. The City's invoice shall be sent to the address the County <br /> designates in writing to the City. The City's invoice shall be accompanied and <br /> supported by a tabular presentation of all calls during that quarter which includes <br /> at least the following information: date of the call; incident number; situs address <br /> of incident; Response Time; Alarm Code; type of incident (e.g. structure fire, <br /> vehicle fire, traffic accident, smoke investigation, hazmat spill, medical aid, etc.); a <br /> summary total of all calls by type of call; and a summary total of all calls by Alarm <br /> Code and Chargeable Call or Non-Chargeable Call status. The City's invoice shall <br /> also be accompanied by a copy of the complete incident report for each call to the <br /> Fire Protection Sub-Zone. <br /> <br /> 6. Location of the Redwood City Fire Station. The City shall operate and maintain <br /> <br />a fire station throughout the Term of this Agreement at the location of the present Redwood City <br />Fire Station on Second Avenue in the vicinity of Bay Road.
