<br /> time for staff tnvestigation and recommendation, whether or not Mobil
<br /> is ob�ecting to the cost of fire prevention men and equipment or whether
<br /> they are challenging the professional �udgment of the Fire Department,
<br /> and the responsibility of City staff and Council to provide for ade-
<br /> quate protection for those attending events in the City
<br /> MOTION Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, to
<br /> grant the request of Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) Limited for a letter
<br /> permit to hold the 1977 Pacific-8 Rowing Championships at Redwood
<br /> Shores, May 20-22, 1977 under the following conditions contained in
<br /> the report of the City Manager of,May 6, 1977
