�� ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO 1713, ESTAB- � _LISHING SALARY AND WAGf'PLAN FOR CfRTAIN EMPLOYEE CLASSIFI- + CATIONS RELATING TO MANAGEMENT AND CONFIDENTIAL ASSIGNMENTS, AND CERTAIN DESIGNATED OFFICERS, TO INCLUDE THE MONTHLY SALARY RATE FOR THE CLASSIFICATION OF PLAN CHECK ENGINEER ' (MECHANICAL) AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING TWENTV THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY- TWO DOLLARS ($20,682.00) FROM THE UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND TO APPROPRIATION FOR EMPLOYEE COSTS, BUILDING INSPECTION SERVICES, DEVELOPMENT CONTROL, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM - The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote. ` Award of contract - Asbestos/Cement Pipe , City Manager Fales r'eferred to his report of November 23, 1977 regard- ing the sub�ect award of contract and attaching report from the Director of F�nance of November 22. Mr. Fales recomimnended that the contract be awarded to Roberts and Brune Company on the basis of their low bid in the total amount of $48,282 36.
