1$0 <br /> Comprehensive Education and Training Act (CETA) Program <br /> Councilman Norris referred to his memo to Council of April 27, 1978 <br /> regarding CETA Programs <br /> MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, that <br /> the City Council review and approve all the CETA contracts before ' <br /> they are awarded. <br /> The motion failed on the following tie roll call vote: <br /> Ayes Councilmen Biagi, Chandler, Norris <br /> Noes Councilmen Bury, Leipzig and Mayor Barrett <br /> Executive Session <br /> MOTION Councilman Biagi moved, seconded by Councilman Leipzig, to <br /> ad�ourn to executive session for the purpose of considering personnel <br /> matters and to reconvene solely to ad�ourn. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> The City Council ad�ourned to executive session at 11•00 p.m. <br /> Ad�ournment <br /> Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the City Council ad�ourned <br /> at 11 30 p m to a Budget Study Session at 9 00 a.m., Saturday, May 6, <br /> 1975, in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, and , <br /> to a Group Interview Session at 7 00 p m, Monday, May 8, 1978, in the <br /> Board of Supervisors Chambers, 401 Marshall Street, for the purpose of <br /> interviewing candidates for appointment to the Board of Building Re- <br /> view and Civic Cultural Commission. <br /> JACQUELINE C.
