<br /> concerning the proposed new procedures with regard to establish-
<br /> ing a hearing officer for certa�n�zon7nq applications, noting that �
<br /> the procedure works well in other �ies. He noted that the,
<br /> Architectural Committ� has been valuable in reviewing landscaping "
<br /> and architectural plans.
