Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Counctlman Barrett, to <br /> reaffirm the Council policy with regard to the use of Revenue Sharing <br /> funds as stated on page 8 of Alternatives - Recoimnended Annual Budget <br /> 1976-77. Statement is as follows "While it is poss�ble to allocate <br /> Revenue Sharing funds for certain on-going General Fund expend�tures <br /> and programs, City Council policy during the f�ve-year life of this <br /> ' program has limited Revenue Sharing expenditures to designated and <br /> qual�fied capital improvement pro�ects and certain limited programs <br /> which could be terminated in the event the Revenue Shar�ng program <br /> were.to be terminated by the Federal Government.
