Mayor Hilton asked if the <br /> ' City employees n,�ould be getting their salaries if this ordinance is not intro- <br /> duced. City Attorney L4cC�rthy replied they vaould �et the sa.laries under the <br /> present salary ordinance but tila.t the ���.r bonus ordinance expired Jwze 30. __ <br /> Councilman Granger asked City Manager Pdead if he �vere nri111ng to have his salary <br /> leit out so that the other em;�ioyees could. receive their raise. City Pdanaqer <br /> , I�dead replied that he believed that was an unfair question to ask him. He said <br /> that three councilmen were in favor of him �ettin�, a raise and three P€�ainst <br /> him and he felt it nras a matter for the C�uncil to decide.
