' Councilman Granger a2'fered introduction of ordinance deaigneting property along E1 Camino Real as Fire Zone No. 2. This property wes that discussed earlier in the meeting and owned by Lily C. Currie and known as Lots 9 end 10, Block 1, Redwood Ville Park; and acreage located betm�een Boyd end F.ent�s addition and Redwood Villa Park o�7ned by Angelo and Margaret Frnaceschini and Guiseppe and Antoinette Ferrando. The motion was seconded by Councilman Andereon and • passed unanimously. City Attorney McCartki� advised that at the request of the contractor of sidewalk proceedings designated as Resolution of Intention No. 1945-1; Colonel Kirk- bride had examined the minutes as to the legal aufficiency �' the proceedings and had discovered that there was insufficient evidence of the intnoduction and adoption of Ordinance vo. 515 in the minutes of January 2nd ar�d 15th, 1945.
