Council- <br /> man Britechgi offered resolution and moved its adoption requeating aid from <br /> ' the State of' Californla to the City of Redwood.City for civilian defenae <br /> purposea, under the provisions of Chepter 805, Statutea of 1943. Council- <br /> man Anderson seconded the motion and on roll call the reaolution was unani- <br /> mously edopted with Council.man Fletcher absent. <br /> ' Councilman Granger a2'fered introduction of ordinance deaigneting property along <br /> E1 Camino Real as Fire Zone No. 2. This property wes that discussed earlier <br /> in the meeting and owned by Lily C. Currie and known as Lots 9 end 10, Block <br /> 1, Redwood Ville Park; and acreage located betm�een Boyd end F.ent�s addition <br /> and Redwood Villa Park o�7ned by Angelo and Margaret Frnaceschini and Guiseppe <br /> and Antoinette Ferrando. The motion was seconded by Councilman Andereon and <br /> • passed unanimously. <br /> City Attorney McCartki� advised that at the request of the contractor of sidewalk <br /> proceedings designated as Resolution of Intention No. 1945-1; Colonel Kirk- <br /> bride had examined the minutes as to the legal aufficiency �' the proceedings <br /> and had discovered that there was insufficient evidence of the intnoduction <br /> and adoption of Ordinance vo. 515 in the minutes of January 2nd ar�d 15th, <br /> 1945. He'advised that the minutes be corrected and Councilr.�an Anderson <br /> ' offered resolution and moved its adoption correcting minutes of tho city <br /> council of the meetin�s of January 2nd and 15th, 1945.
