City Attorney MeCartny advieed that it would be neceasary <br /> to either appoint an appraiaer or have the real estate committee make an <br /> appraisal. He adnised that under the ordinance the sale of tax delinquent <br /> lots is permitted by the Assessor provided an appraisal has been made by <br /> the real estate committee. Inasmuch as these are tax delinquent lots and • <br /> v�ere included on a previous notice of sale, it would be appropriate to <br /> � nave the real est�te committee make the appraisal.
