<br /> Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman McNulty, that the City Manager
<br /> be instructed to proceed with plans and specificationa for the improvement
<br /> of Hudeon Street, Under the question, City Manager Blom asked that it be
<br /> included in the motion that an outside firm be appointed to prepare the plans
<br /> and specifications. This wae included in the motion which passed unanimous7y.
<br /> Councilman Fletcher moved, seconded by Councilman Britschgi, filing of affidavit •
<br /> of publication or ordinanae authoxizing purohase of pipe and fittings,
<br /> Motion passed unanimously,
<br /> Councilman Britschgi offered adoption of ordinance authorizing purchase of pipe
<br /> and fittings, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, On roll call, ordinance was
<br /> unanimously adopted with Councilman Anderson absent. '
<br /> Councilman F'letcner moved, aeconded by Councilman McNulty, filing of affidavit
<br /> of publication of ordinance fixing rate of pay for laborers. Motion paesed
<br /> unanimously,
<br /> Councilman,Granger moved, seconded by Councilman Armstrong, adoption of ordinance
<br /> fixing ra.te of pay for laborers. On roll call, ordinance was unanimously '
<br /> adopted with Councilman Anderson absent.
<br /> Tnis was the time set for hearing of protests in regard to tne weed abatement
<br /> proceedings. There were no protestants, Councilman Fletcher moved, seconded
<br /> by Councilman Britschgi, that affidavit of Lisle Winter of poating of
